A video shows how the Samsung Galaxy S7 resists water and shocks

The Square Trade company has carried out an intensive test of this section with a new robot created for this purpose, called Dunkbot, in which it has been found that the Samsung Galaxy S7 holds up well when submerged in water for 30 minutes at a depth of five feet. The device continues to work correctly, but with some details to comment.

An example of what we say is that the sound of the Samsung Galaxy S7 was somewhat “touched”, since once it was removed from the water, a distortion of what is reproduced is appreciated. Therefore, the endurance is suitable, but not perfect, although it is true that it will not be very common to have in the conditions imposed on the new high-end of the Korean company that, for example, also allows sharing the WiFi connection.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 against bumps

But in the video that we leave behind this paragraph, not only the new model of the Korean manufacturer is put to the test in terms of dives, since the company that has carried out the test has also verified how the resistance to shocks is of the Samsung Galaxy S7. And, for this, it has had another new robot called Tumblebot -that checks the resistance of the terminals against the different impacts it receives even when it is flipped over-.

Here the results are not bad and in several cases better than the previous generation (Galaxy S6). Of course, according to Square Trade indicates that in some of the terminal tests such as the latest Apple iPhone behaves better than the new Samsung Galaxy S7. But, in general, they pass the tests well and under normal falling conditions their behavior is suitable. What do you think of what you see in the video?
