Chromecast has already been on sale in Germany, for 39.99 euros

The Google device that connects our television with smartphones, tablets, and even computers, wirelessly, was about to arrive in Europe. Well, today, without any kind of announcement, it has been available to buy in a German store, Saturn, the specialized electronics store, for 39.99 euros. As simple as going, take one of the boxes it contained Chromecast, and pay it.

Imagine that one day you go to a store like Media Markt, and there you find an iPhone 6, a smartphone that has not yet been presented and is not yet for sale, and that you can take it home if you pay the price of the same. Well, that is what happened with Chromecast in Germany. Its launch in Europe was imminent, but had not yet occurred. And today, it has been for sale at Saturn, a chain of stores specialized in electronics, which is also present in Spain. In our country it has not been sold, but not in Germany. The truth is that it seems like a wrong decision made by some manager of the store, who seemed not to know exactly that Chromecast had not yet been presented in Spain.

In any case, it is very clear that the availability of Chromecast in Europe, and therefore in Spain, it is imminent. There had been talk of two possible launch days in stores, March 19, and March 25. Knowing that today it has been put on sale in Germany, and based on the fact that Saturn may have mistaken the day, it is most likely that tomorrow you can buy Chromecast in Europe. In any case, we will still have to wait until tomorrow, and see if Google makes any official announcement about the availability of the device in Europe, and of course, also in Spain.
