Create and share lists of places on Google Maps from your computer

Creating lists of places is now available on our laptop or desktop PC

Until now this tool was exclusive to smartphones, being sometimes somewhat difficult to add new places in a simple way. Now you can use these lists from your computer, achieving greater comfort if we are planning a trip or something since we can put aside the touch panel of the mobile and make use of a good keyboard and mouse.

How can we use it? Very simple, it has no more mystery than looking for a site that we want to visit or want to save, select it and once inside its menu hit the button where it says “Save”. Another submenu will be displayed where we can choose the list where we want to pigeonhole the selection made previously or create a new list.

Also, you can share it in a way very simple in all your social networks entering the list in question -from the drop-down menu at the top left and then going to Β«Your sitesΒ» – and clicking on the share icon, once there you will get a link ready to be shared with which your friends will be able to see all the places that you have put in this list.

Google maps

This new functionality is supposed to arrive in the coming weeks but in my personal case I can already use this new tool without any problem. To tell the truth, it is not something that we are going to use as such on a daily basis but it is always good to have it available in case we want to make a getaway to be able to have all the places on Google Maps ready to be visited.

Google Maps floods our lives

A few days ago we also mentioned that among the Google Maps plans is to expand a new reservation service for places like hairdressers for example. They have also introduced a new map that can be consulted by users without having to have an online connection -You can read the article by clicking here–, all this throws us that the company intends to make this application an essential one.
