And it is that this element is essential in the advancement of the maps. Important are the modifications of the vehicle and the skill with the fingers, but even more is to reach the next gas can so as not to be left in the lurch. Luckily, there are three tricks, or rather, three ways that we can carry out to achieve this technique.
Jump before hitting the ground
First of all, you have to use certain elements to achieve these jumps even without having gasoline. These three components are wings, landing power and springs. We must equip these parts in any vehicle, whatever the type. With this we will get some long shock absorbers to prepare the next jump before hitting the ground.
Therefore, with all the equipment already assembled, all we have to do is take a normal jump or wait for a ramp to get the car in the air. Then we hit the brake and the accelerator almost simultaneously to deploy the shock absorbers, so that when it touches the ground the car gains momentum and goes off without accelerating.
Jump right off the ground
A more advanced technique is to jump just when touching the ground, that is, to deploy the shock absorbers at the moment that the wheels touch the asphalt. This technique requires precision and many hours dedicated to the game, so it is not easy to master. It consists of pressing the brake again, and right after, press on the accelerator to extend the shock absorbers.
It looks like the same technique, but it actually offers different results. Not only do we get a boost without having to touch the accelerator, with the respective saving on gasoline, but we also get a momentum with a big jump, allowing to travel great distances in the air.
No Jump Boost in Hill Climb Racing
The truth is that we cannot always put the two previous techniques into practice, especially when after a jump we fall on a slope, where the car can get stuck and if we don’t have gas, there is little we can do there. However, this last movement will allow us to have a extra boost.
It consists of falling to the ground without using the shock absorbers to achieve greater power. To do this, simply step on the accelerator before hitting the ground, and then jump again as soon as we have gained that momentum. It will come in handy for occasions when we we get hung on a slope and it makes us lose a lot of gasoline, or when we don’t have fuel directly and we want to make the journey a little longer.
