How to see disabled notifications in Android Oreo

Yes, and it is very simple. Go to the Settings from your mobile phone and open the menu Apps and notifications. Once inside, you will see a message in the first option indicating which apps have notifications disabled. Go into App notifications and, in the drop-down menu where it says All applications, press and choose the option Applications: disabled. You will see the complete list without problems.
And in Android 9 Pie? We will have to wait for Android 9.1
As you may have gleaned from the title of this article, this process only applies to Android 8 Oreo. If you’re curious how to do this on Android 9 Pie, we’re afraid it’s not possible. Following the same steps, the current options are different, as this August 2018 tweet already indicated:

However, a issue tracker for Google to solve this problem. After a month of work, it has been indicated that this function will return in a future build. It most likely means that when Android 9.1 Pie is released, this feature will return to where it should be. Taking into account that in Pie notifications have been improved and that preventive solutions are offered to block notifications, it is something very necessary to avoid errors.
