Laughing, the iPhone App Store doesn’t let you download many games and apps with a mobile connection

App Store does not allow many games and apps to be downloaded with a mobile connection

It is hilarious. If you have an iPhone, You will not be able to download many games and apps with a mobile connection, because it is impossible to download applications that exceed 150 MB with a mobile connection. And actually, it’s an improvement on iOS 11, because before it was impossible to download apps that were over 100MB. Actually, it almost seems like a joke. In general, users who have bought a mobile whose price exceeds 700 euros, should have a data rate with a lot of contracted traffic. In fact, it is very likely that even if they have bought the mobile with an operator, they have acquired it by hiring a rate of the most expensive.

But it is not even essential to be a user of an iPhone or an expensive mobile to have a data rate with a large amount of contracted traffic. I myself have a 6 GB rate because it was cheap for me. One can listen to music or watch movies with the mobile connection. But If you have an iPhone, you will not be able to download any application or game that exceeds 150 MB with the mobile connection.

And worst of all, it is not simply that it is an option that can be deactivated, but that it is impossible to deactivate it. Suppose you leave home, and you go on a trip, and you have forgotten to download an application that you need for your work, or you simply want to download a game to entertain yourself while traveling. If the app exceeds 150 MB, you cannot download it with your mobile connection. Why is Apple the one who has to establish the applications to download or not with your mobile connection? I would understand that a notification appeared to inform me that the application is very heavy and that I do not have a WiFi connection. You might even understand that we can’t download apps larger than 150MB, but that there was an option in Settings to disable it. However, this is not the case. Simply, it is IMPOSSIBLE to download an app larger than 150 MB with the mobile connection.

It seems a mistake to me. Recently I had to use the Moto G as my main mobile, because I carried it as a backup, and all the mobile phones that I took on a trip were damaged. I downloaded applications abroad using the mobile network. If that had not been possible, I would have found myself lost in a city I did not know at all, with almost no possibility of reaching my accommodation. We are talking about a mobile that right now would not be even a basic range. However, if you have a next-generation iPhone, you will not be able to download apps larger than 150 MB using the mobile connection. Perhaps we should add it to the list of Android features that iOS 11 does not have. But it is actually so funny that it seems impossible.
