It has just been known that the terminal Samsung Galaxy S III Neo arrives in Europe and, this, has a feature that draws a lot of attention: its operating system, which is Android 4.4.2. A curious detail since the “normal” Galaxy S3 will never get officially, and that it gets thanks to the inclusion of 1.5 GB of RAM.
The fact is that this model has already been seen on the official website of the Korean company in Germany, so its deployment to different European countries is only a matter of time. By the way, some may think that this is an identical model to the Galaxy S3 Neo that was launched in India not long ago, but it is not like that as it has some characteristics that make it different. For example, it is not Dual SIM And, in addition, another distinction that is important to know about the new Samsung Galaxy S III Neo is that the processor it uses is a quad-core model that works at 1.4 GHz (instead of 1.2).
The rest of specs that are part of this terminal and that make it a viable option in the mid-range of the product (as long as the price accompanies, something that is not yet known), are the following:
- 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS / GLONASS connectivity
- 4.8-inch SuperAMOLED 720p screen
- 16GB storage expandable with microSD cards up to 64GB
- 8 megapixel rear camera and 1.9 megapixel front
- 2,100 mAh battery
- Dimensions: 136.6 x 70.7 x 8.6 mm
- Weight: 132 grams
That is, few differences in the Samsung Galaxy S III Neo (GT-I9301I) compared to the original model. Basically, what has been done is adding RAM memory to be able to integrate Android KitKat. Therefore, this is a solvent terminal, and similar to one of the most successful of those manufactured by the Korean company, and which is expected to be an option in the market for terminals suitable for day-to-day use without offering spectacular performance. By the way, for now the exact date on which it will go on sale in one of the following colors: white and blue is not known.
