Although the Xiaomi Mi 6 was presented yesterday as one of the rivals of the big smartphones on the market, the truth is that today, in Spain, the Samsung Galaxy S8 is still the great reference of the high-end in mobile stores. However, not all versions of the mobile are the same. In our country, for example, we have the version with an Exynos processor, and now the benchmarks confirm that they are better than the versions with Snapdragon.
Samsung Galaxy S8 with Exynos processor
The Samsung Galaxy S8 arrived with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor in the United States and some other markets. In fact, so many mobile units have had to be manufactured with this processor that other smartphones that were going to have the same processor could not be launched on the scheduled dates. However, that is not very relevant for us, because in Spain the only version that has been launched is the one with the Samsung Exynos 8895 processor. So much relevance has been given to the history of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 that it almost seemed that the version with the Exynos processor it would not be the main one. Nothing could be further from the truth. The version of the Samsung Galaxy S8 with the Samsung Exynos 8895 processor performs better than the version with the Snapdragon 835 processor.
In almost all the benchmarks made to the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus with the two processors, it has been clear that the version with the Exynos 8895 processor performs better than the version with the Galaxy S8 with Snapdragon 835 in almost all the areas analyzed. Both in terms of graphics and processing efficiency, the mobile that arrived in Europe is better than the one available in the United States.
It must be said, of course, that it is not something especially relevant for the vast majority of users, who will not perceive a difference. However, it is a positive thing to know that here, in Spain, we have the best version of the Samsung Galaxy S8.
