The Pocophone F1 has its own software, a modified version of MIUI called MIUI For Poco. So it has certain things that the classic MIUI to which Xiaomi has us accustomed does not have, but it has been adding the features that we see in other phones. And it has received the most interesting updates, such as the super slow motion video at 960p, Google Lens integration in the camera, support for HD on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and even the Game Turbo mode of the Mi9. But this time, it is something that Xiaomi received recently in its beta, and now we see it in the Poco. The dark mode.
Dark mode for MIUI For Poco
The heavy month was already seen in the closed beta, but now we are beginning to see it for all beta testers. A dark mode for the entire system, something that fans of these themes are looking forward to reaching all mobiles.
To activate it you will have to have version 9.3.25 of the MIUI 10 beta. Once you have it you will have to go to Settings> Display and you will find the option below the option Ambient screen.
This dark mode applies to volume controls, notifications, and quick settings. Of course we will also see it in the system settings as it could not be otherwise. In addition, as an interesting addition, it also applies to certain system apps such as the calculator, contacts, gallery, messages, notes, the phone app, the integrated screen recorder and the updater. Not bad, it is quite widespread throughout the system.
If you want to try it, you can even download the beta update package 9.3.25, from the official page.To install it you will have to put the downloaded package in the phone’s internal memory, then go to Settings> About this phone> System update. There you click on the button with the three points and select Choose upgrade package. You select it and install them.
How about? Do you want it to arrive in the stable version?
