Xiaomi will launch a tablet with 4G for less than 100 euros

Xiaomi is a company that launches smartphones and tablets whose quality / price ratio is always difficult to improve. It will also be the case of the new tablet that the company seems to be launching soon. Its price will be less than 100 euros, which in itself seems really surprising. It is claimed that it will not be more expensive than 599 Chinese yuan, which would be about 97 US dollars, or 78 euros. But it is that, that would be the maximum, because the price that is believed to have would be 499 yuan, which would be 65 euros at the current exchange rate. Can we buy it for that price in Spain? Most likely not, but it is also true that we do not believe that it costs more than 100 euros.

This new tablet will have a 9.2-inch screen, being high definition, with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels. The RAM memory would be 1 GB, and the internal memory 8 GB. Meanwhile, it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64-bit, entry-level, quad-core processor capable of reaching a 1.2 GHz clock frequency. With respect to the 4G it will have, it seems that it will be LTE FDD , so it will be compatible with the 4G networks of most of the planet, so it will also work in Spain. This is not what happened with other smartphones of the company, whose 4G was not compatible with the networks of operators other than China Mobile. When will it hit the market? It’s something we don’t know yet, but it seems clear that it won’t take much longer. Most likely, it is already a matter of a few weeks before the new tablet is launched, although we will have to wait a little longer to buy it in Europe.
